Our Clear and
Simple Process

The Investors Agency handles the entire process for our clients. Our networks and partnerships help us to secure high performing assets for our client’s successful portfolio expansion. We are a 100% independent agency, meaning we work primarily for you and or not financially incentivized by partnerships.
Setting Your
Goal

We'll dive into your finance to discuss and identifying what’s important to your portfolio’s growth and explain the property type and market which will benefit your portfolio expansion and growth.

Step 1
Markets & Property Preso

A thorough presentation will display your chosen market's history, current health and driving factors. The property data will disclose costs to purchase and projected results.

Step 2
Your Walkthrough Inspection

Usually within 12 to 24 hours of your approval of the property that we present to you, we will send you a walkthrough presentation which will highlight any initial thoughts and verify our findings.

Step 3
Negotiation & Due Diligence

Upon success of contractor exchanged, we’ll engage building and pest inspectors, management agents, finance brokers and solicitors and manage their individual responsibilities. (pending State)

Step 4
Settlement & Reporting

After final negotiations and due diligence, the property is settled, and management handed over. We will continue to provide quarterly growth reports for the markets that’s your properties are in.
