1.1 (Refund Conditions): The refund will only be granted if you have engaged our suggested solicitor for the purchase of a property and intend on utilising their paid services. This condition ensures that the solicitor follows our standard procedures and safeguards the interests of all parties involved.

(a) If you choose not to used our suggested solicitor for the property purchase as outlined, your refund request may be denied. However, we may, at our discretion, review the circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

1.2 (Breach of Refund Policy): If you request a refund and subsequently proceed to purchase a property that was presented to you by The Investors Agency during the 30-day refund period, you will be considered in breach of the refund policy.

(a) In the case of a client breaching the agreement, you will be required to pay The Investors Agency the equivalent of the original service fee. This fee compensates us for the time and resources invested in assisting you with your property search and analysis.

1.3 (Refund Process): Upon receiving your refund request and verifying that all conditions are met, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method.

(a) If your refund request is denied due to non-compliance with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy, you will be notified of the reason for the denial.

1.4      (Amendments to the Refund Policy): The Investors Agency reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. The revised policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

(a) It is your responsibility to review the refund policy periodically to stay informed about any changes.
