With The Investors Agency app, you're connected to our team and receive notifications to your app or web portal instantly! You're connected to our system, which means you'll know exactly what we're up to every step of the way!

The app does not mean that communication is cut out, oh no! You will be introduced to our buying team who will be in contact with you as much or as little as you prefer. The TIA app is a convenient and concise way to know where we’re up to in the process, and what’s next to come.
WHAT TYPE OF INFORMATION WILL I FIND IN THE APP?
The iOS app, Android app and web app (yes you can login from your PC) will give you a clear overview of the 9 step process and keep you up to date with our progress, centralise your documents, displaying market and property data, connect you to necessary associates, present our due diligence and so much more!
HOW LONG DO I HAVE THE APP FOR?
Forever, if you like! At The investors Agency we consider ourselves as lifetime partners (with your blessing of course). Once we have completed the 9 steps of your purchase, the property is added to your portfolio section in the app. Every quarter, we come back and update the markets growth, reflecting your potential gains that you might have available to pull out and use for the deposit of your next purchase. Then, we team up again and repeat the process and add new strong growth properties to your portfolio, until we’re all sipping cocktails on our yachts!
CAN I DOWNLOAD THE APP IF I DON'T USE THE INVESTORS AGENCY?
You could, but it won’t be any use to you. One of the major benefits of our app, is that your plan is specifically built out just for you! Your profile is created inside our client management system, which means only you will have access to what we’re presenting, suggesting and advising.
