Once we have completed the 9 steps of your purchase, the property is added to your portfolio section in the app. In the section, we’ll come back in every quarter, update the markets growth and attach that to the value of your property. By doing this, we will be able to see how much potential equity you might have available to pull out and use for the deposit of your next purchase. Then, we team up again and repeat the process, over and over until we’re all sipping cocktails on our yachts!
