Jude is a return client who’s we’ve been able to secure a 4-bedroom house on 600+ m2 in Norman Gardens for $445,000, about 5 months ago which rents out at 5.8% yield. We are looking to replicate this purchase in another state, focusing on South Australia and potentially WA around Perth Southern metro markets, however not excluding Queensland if a great option arises. Jude is approved for $900,000 but we are intending on using ~$450,000 to ~$500,000 for this next purchase and when we get to the next, we’ll need to focus on slightly higher cashflow at a lower price point.
